I am the best candidate for this position due to my unwavering commitment to limited government, personal freedom, and fiscal responsibility. My background as a postal worker has given me a deep understanding of our residents' needs. I advocate for reduced taxes and less regulation to spur economic growth and opportunity. By emphasizing government transparency and individual choice, I aim to build a city government that genuinely serves its people. My focus on improving public safety and fostering economic opportunities, combined with my dedication to transparency and accountability, uniquely positions me to lead with integrity and effectiveness.
My top priorities are fiscal responsibility, supporting local businesses, and personal freedom. I will cut wasteful spending, manage taxpayer money wisely, and audit resources to ensure effective allocation. By reducing regulations, I'll stimulate economic growth and encourage entrepreneurship and job creation. I'll also minimize government intervention to protect individual liberties, working tirelessly to limit unnecessary restrictions that infringe on our citizens' rights and freedoms.
I’ll prioritize individual liberty and local involvement to represent all community members. By ensuring every voice is heard and valued, I'll promote open dialogue and transparency. My approach is rooted in respect for diverse perspectives, promoting policies that empower rather than impose. Staying true to the principles of freedom, I'll work to represent everyone fairly and effectively, building a stronger community that embodies liberty and equality for all.
I will lead with honesty and integrity, upholding constitutional principles for fair governance. I’ll ensure open access to city records, strict spending oversight, and reduced bureaucracy. By promoting transparency, we’ll rebuild trust and hold officials accountable. I support clear financial reporting and regular audits. Limiting government interference, I’ll empower citizens with accessible information and active participation, ensuring decisions reflect the public’s best interests.

The League of Women Voters of Minnesota and North Dakota crafted the questions sent to the candidates in the Spring of 2024. They reached out to candidates based on contact information in their public candidate filings. Candidates with email addresses were invited and reminded with emails. Candidates with only mailing addresses were sent a letter. Candidates with phone numbers received a phone call as well.

Candidate responses are published as they responded and have not been edited, except when responses were longer than the given character limit. In those cases, the responses are truncated.
