I'm the best choice because I've lived all across the United States and I know how special and needed a town like Lanesboro is. I want to use my extensive leadership, operations,& community growth experience to protect it and make it even better. My clinical operations background allows me to analyze data, manage projects across teams, & execute on time and in budget. I've driven successful marketing & engagement campaigns which fostered economic & community growth. As a senior center volunteer, a young professional, & a parent of school-aged children, I’m uniquely invested in the needs of our citizens at every stage of life. My vision for the future is one where our citizens can find everything they need to live, grow, & rest in Lanesboro.
If elected, my top 3 priorities will be:

1. Building trust by fostering open, transparent communication with the community.

2. Engaging with residents to thoroughly understand Lanesboro’s evolving needs and wants, ensuring community-driven decisions.

3. Creating a strategic, step-by-step plan that addresses those needs with clear actions, accountability, and a vision for continued growth.

These priorities will strengthen our community, empower residents, and shape Lanesboro's future.
If elected, I will prioritize transparency by implementing regular community updates through public forums and accessible digital platforms while committing to answering questions within 3 business days. To ensure accountability, I will establish clear performance reviews for city projects and regularly report progress to the public. To ensure ethical conduct, I will foster a culture of integrity, ensure ethics training for city employees, and enforce a 0 tolerance policy for unethical behavior.
If elected, I will engage residents through regular town halls, online surveys, and neighborhood meetings to solicit feedback and involve them in decision-making. I will also establish "Mayor Monday," where every other Monday I meet with at least one group or community within Lanesboro to listen to concerns and ideas. By fostering an open door policy and creating opportunities for active participation, I will ensure that community input drives key decisions and shapes the future of Lanesboro.
Lanesboro must continue to be safe. I will leverage my years of clinical research management experience to make data-informed decisions on public safety. I will focus on ensuring every resident has what they need and feels heard, preventing issues from festering and turning to crime or violence. By fostering community policing and belonging, residents will be empowered to play an active role in keeping our community safe. We will all work together with law enforcement for the town's well-being.

Candidates with only mailing addresses were sent a letter. Candidates with phone numbers received a phone call as well.

Candidate responses are published as they responded and have not been edited, except when responses were longer than the given character limit. In those cases, the responses are truncated.
