Main priorities are for affordability for our families. Our families are struggling with day to day expenses and rising prices and stagnant pay. We need to find ways to help relieve the tax burden that seems to keep falling on the middle and lower class families. We need to fight for more secure health care for our families and make sure we have adequate rural health care facilities for the families and our senior citizen's. We also need to make sure our rural public education can be sustainable and make sure we have good pay and healthcare for our teachers. We also have to find a way to support our first responders and law enforcement to help recruit new people and maintain our local ems fire departments.
We have to find a way to help our existing small businesses, while trying to attract good paying jobs to our area. We have to be able to support new growth and maintain standards and safety measures so we are able to maintain safe water and protect our lakes and forests. It will be a balancing act but I believe we can do it.
We need to remember our state has a diverse population and that they all have a right to exist and we need to make sure we have ways to protect all of our people. I am unable to say exactly what i would propose but I think we can as a group work together to protect those who live here.
I do support it. We as a nation have to realize that we are a diverse country and state. We are made up of multiple ethnic and religious groups. Everyone has a right to be able to decide how they want to live, love and be able to make decisions on their lives. Everyone has to have the right to make their own healthcare decisions.
we need to maintain our standards that we have as we move forward. we are seeing an attack to try and lesson these and we are fortunate that we have the beautiful and plentiful resources we do and we need to protect them.
We need to make sure we support our law enforcement officers. We need to make sure we help them with recruiting new officers and help make sure that they are able to be successful. We need to make sure that our fire departments can recruit and train people and pay for the training they require and help our local ambulance services maintain staff. We need to strengthen rural health care and mental health care so that we make safer communities.
We need to limit corporate money and out of state money coming in to influence our elections. We need to set stricter fundraising limits. I think that all donations from corporate donors be capped and personal donations be capped, so no one group can spend millions or billions of dollars to influence an election.

The League of Women Voters of Minnesota and North Dakota crafted the questions sent to the candidates in the Spring of 2024. They reached out to candidates based on contact information in their public candidate filings. Candidates with email addresses were invited and reminded with emails. Candidates with only mailing addresses were sent a letter. Candidates with phone numbers received a phone call as well.

Candidate responses are published as they responded and have not been edited, except when responses were longer than the given character limit. In those cases, the responses are truncated.
