My top priority is to close the workhouse as a major first step in reimagining public safety to be more equitable and community-oriented. I will also prioritize coordinating a regional COVID-19 response to build back our economy and begin a full audit of city operations to end inefficiencies and develop modern, accessible and secure systems for delivering city services.
Our city deserves a mayor whose vision for St. Louis is bold, progressive, inclusive and rejects business as usual. I am the only candidate in this race with executive-level experience in turning a vision and platform into reality, managing and leading hundreds of staff, and maintaining relationships on the state and national levels to put St. Louis back on the map.

1. Crime. If we don’t reduce crime, nothing else matters. 2. Uniting the city in addressing racial inequities. 3. Rebuilding neighborhoods and holding landlords accountable. 4. A simpler, more connected system of schools. 5. Improving city services and streamlining basic government services.
Our city is facing serious challenges. I’m the only candidate with a real plan to reduce crime – now. I led the fight against airport privatization and have turned around some of our city’s most challenged neighborhoods after decades of decline. I’ve taken on tough fights and won against powerful interests. We need a mayor who delivers more than promises.
