Fiscal accountability, affordable rates: Water is a necessity, not a profit. My financial background helps me scrutinize budgets and contracts to keep rates fair. Transparency: I’ll advocate for clear financial reporting and early communication on major projects, giving the public a real voice. Common sense: I'll back policies to protect water quality and infrastructure.
With 17-plus years' business and finance experience, I bring practical solutions to complex problems. I highly value open communication and accountability. As a lifelong resident of St. Charles County, I understand our community's needs and am committed to serving with integrity. My family drinks this district's water and I will ensure it is of the highest quality always.

Public Water Supply District No. 2 Board, 2019-present
Incumbent?
Yes
My first priority is to utilize ratepayers’ funds appropriately to maintain the current water and sewer system so the water district can continue to deliver quality water to everyone. Second, I would like to support planning for both short-term and long-term sustainability of the system. And third, ensure the ratepayers receive the best value for the rates they pay.
I have served the district for nine years as a director and fully understand both the water and sewer systems. This understanding allows me to question and analyze future needs. My 25-plus years of experience as an estimator for a large corporation has allowed me to analyze both technical and financial aspects of situations.
