1) Revisit the Brentwood comprehensive plan and engage current residents to build a shared vision for Brentwood’s future. 2) Develop a long-term plan to address Black Creek flooding. 3) Continue to maintain a strong financial profile balancing near-term investments within a longer-term plan.
I have been able to find compromises between neighbors and the city’s existing policies and regulations by serving on the Brentwood board of adjustment. I also have 12-plus years of volunteer service and volunteer organizational leadership in the greater St. Louis area, including serving on two boards, one of which as chairman of the board.
