1) Develop and implement effective zoning practices in concert with Clayton Tomorrow 2040 (our recent master planning effort) to ensure vibrant and sustainable development. 2) Fortify and diversify our revenue base for long-term financial stability and growth. 3) Fill storefronts by seeking various retail experiences and complete a new project at the old ice rink site.
As the senior alderman on the Board of Aldermen, I have seven years of municipal government experience. In Ward 3, my constituency varies from single-family homes to high-rise condos to businesses large and small. I have served on nearly every commission in the city, giving me the perspective and practical experience that is critical to lead all of Clayton.
