Ensure access to education for all students: every student deserves access to a meaningful and enriching education. Focus on teacher retention and recruitment: we must work to keep our exceptional educators while also attracting and supporting new teachers. Keep decisions student-centered and fiscally responsible: board decisions should remain centered on kids.
