1) Make sure that the Black Jack Fire District has all the equipment that is needed. 2) Make sure that the Black Jack Fire District is the best trained so that employees can be the best in Missouri. 3) Most of all, make sure the fire district has enough members so that each member can have family time.
I have been in the community for over 20 years and can give a fresh perspective on what I see, using my military experience. I can be the new face with new ideas.

1) Take seriously the fiduciary responsibility of managing the money, properties and assets of the citizens living in the Black Jack Fire Protection District. 2) Seek to maintain high levels of enthusiasm among the fire district employees as they perform in the most challenging profession in society. 3) Be visible and accountable to the citizens of the district.
I bring years of business experience and acumen to the position. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in business administration, I worked 35 years for IBM. I retired as a business unit executive. I've also owned two successful construction companies and have served on dozens of high-profile boards.
