1) Continuing at a high level of performance. 2) Continue to push the upper limits of teacher/staff pay as Festus has historically done. This has a direct relationship to student success. 3) Continue to plan for and manage growth to ensure classroom sizes are small.
Substitute teacher before starting full-time as an accountant/auditor.
