1) My first top priority is to continue to bring strong and progressive leadership to the city. 2) My second top priority is to make sure that Black Jack is the safest city in all of North County. 3) My third top priority is to ensure that Black Jack continues to create opportunities for growth and to attract new business to the city.
I am qualified for this position because I have a diverse background of formal education and life's experiences. I also have eight years' experience in the position as the incumbent councilman. I am qualified for the position because I have the confidence of the City Council because they bestowed the honor of electing me president pro tem for a second term.
