Simple majority required.Ballot wording: Shall the Charter of the City of Webster Groves be amended to add Article 16 on Public Engagement?Summary: The measure would add a provision on public engagement to the city charter. City departments would encourage collaboration in public engagement efforts with other governmental authorities and civic and community organizations.
