Community involvement: ensure continued involvement of residents throughout Manchester, e.g. Manchester Cares, Veterans Affairs, Tree City USA, etc. 3). Continued safety: Manchester will stay as one of the top safest cities in Missouri.
During my eight years as an elected alderman in Ward 3, I have helped oversee a change in Manchester. We have seen a surplus in our revenues with a balanced budget. I am on the board of the audit and finance committee. Professionally, I oversee the finances of hundreds of clients throughout the area and country. I have been a resident my entire life. I care for my city.
