If this question is approved, the District's debt service property tax levy is estimated to remain unchanged at $0.67 per $100 of assessed valuation of real and personal property.Summary: The measure would allow the district to borrow $14.916 million to make major renovations and repairs to its four buildings. If passed, taxes would not increase but the district’s debt obligation would be extended. Major projects at the high school include construction of a connection between the high school and the agriculture building, addition of a new music and drama classroom and a multipurpose room, upgrade of athletic facilities and other major repairs. Playgrounds, kitchens and aging classroom equipment would be replaced at the two elementary schools.
