Flint Hill Proposition D
Simple majority required.Ballot wording: Shall the city limits of the City of Flint Hill, in the County of St. Charles, State of Missouri be extended so as to embrace and include all that part of the County of St. Charles, consisting of 30.22 acres, more or less, in unincorporated St. Charles County and generally located east of Mette Road as more specifically described in ordinance no. 2025-12, of the City of Flint Hill, Missouri, bearing parcel ID 2-0091-0935-00-0003.3100000?Summary: The measure would allow the city to annex a privately-owned 30-acre parcel east of Mette Road that is currently surrounded on three sides by the city. This is one of seven annexations the city is seeking in the April election. Supporters say this annexation is key to making all sections of the city contiguous and enabling Flint Hill to control development, and that residents of Flint Hill and nearby communities want the low-density rural character of the community to be preserved. Opponents say they do not know what benefits annexation would bring.
