Flint Hill Proposition F
Simple majority required.Ballot wording: Shall the city limits of the City of Flint Hill, in the County of St. Charles, State of Missouri be extended so as to embrace and include all that part of the County of St. Charles, consisting of 85.87 acres, more or less, located in unincorporated St. Charles County and east of Mette Road, north of the southernmost intersection of Hillside Heights Lane and Mette Road, and east of property located at 3290 Mette Road, County of St. Charles, Missouri, as more specifically described in ordinance no. 2025-14, of the City of Flint Hill, Missouri, bearing parcel ID 4-0083-0969-00-0001.0000000?Summary: The measure would allow the city to annex a privately-owned 85.87-acre parcel near Hillside Heights Lane and Mette Road. This is one of seven annexations the city is seeking in the April election. Supporters say this annexation is key to making all sections of the city contiguous and enabling Flint Hill to control development, and that residents of Flint Hill and nearby communities want the low-density rural character of the community to be preserved. Opponents say they do not know what benefits annexation would bring.
